The bracelet came and looked exactly as shown in the picture. The website would've been better if it had the option of a gift bag and box but the item itself is amazing, beautiful and literally faultless! My skin reacts badly with cheap quality artificial jewellery but there was no bad reaction with this bracelet at all and the colour didn't fade or turn bad 💯
