prettier than I've expected!

to sum this up:
product by itself: 10/10, clean, shiny, cute details loveloveloveee
packaging: 4/10, just came in a small plastic box, thought it's going to be the same as shown in the picture so that's smth that can be worked on (especially when you want to gift it to someone)
service: 9/10, kind, did answer my questions
delivery: 8/10

Will I order again? Probably yes! As already said the endproduct is gorgeous, beautiful work, beautiful design, got nothing to complain. I would definitely recommend.
